Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can you make things other than what you have listed in your store?
A: Absolutely! Our mission is to make things that you want, not to just make things that we like and hope they sell. Do you have something you'd like for us to create for you? Submit a request HERE and we will get back to you with any addition questions we may have and a price estimate.
Q: Do you order your cut-out pieces precut or do you cut them yourself?
A: We start each product from scratch - a piece (or pieces) of wood is our blank canvas. We then get the design and cut it out by various methods (scroll saw, miter saw, etc.), depending on size/intricacy of each item.
Q: Why does it take a while for each item to arrive?
A: Each piece is created at the time of order or shortly thereafter. We do not keep many items in stock - they are each created to your specifications.
Q: When should I expect my order to arrive?
A: Depending on the item, we try to ship everything out within a week or two - we are a small operation here, so depending on the number of orders ahead of yours, it may take a little longer. We ship everything by Priority mail, so once the item is completed and shipped, it usually takes about 2-4 days to arrive.
Q: Do you take returns?
A: Typically, we do not because each item is custom made to your request. However, if you are completely unsatisfied with your item, please contact us and we will see if there is something we can do for you! We get joy from making things that you want, so having you unhappy is not what we strive for!
Q: What kinds of things can you create?
A: While I would say woodworking is the main focus, I do paint, sew, design shirts and wall decals and many other things. Have an off the wall idea? I like challenges! Send me a message and we'll see if I can make it come to life for you!
Q: I saw a shirt of yours and would like one, but I don't see it on your site - is it available?
A: I would say 99% yes! We can duplicate our custom designs for sure. I'm sure there is some reason that something couldn't be made, so that's the 1%. :)
